 Petit Manseng is a white grape variety that originated in southwestern France. It belongs to the Manseng family， its berries are smaller and thicker, with a unique aroma. It is considered to be the best quality variety in the Manseng family.

 The Petit Manseng is closely related to the Savagnin and is one of the parents of the Gros Manseng, combining the best of both worlds.

 Petit Manseng matures late and bears fruit for a long time. It is a high-sugar, high-acid wine grape variety. It can be deliberately chosen to be late harvested during the first snowfall. Even in the absence of noble rot, it can reach a relatively high sugar content (25-26 g/L) while maintaining acidity, making it an ideal variety for making natural sweet wine.

 After many rounds of inspections and tastings, and based on consultations with professionals, Tess's team believes that Petit Manseng sweet white wine is not brewed with ice wine technology, but is a late harvest type, and has the closest taste to ice wine."

 After research and comparison, Tess's team finally chose to use Manseng grapes from the eastern foot of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia, China as the raw material and brew a sweet white wine based on this.

Storage and transportation guide:

Mushi™ Sweet White Wine is a semi-sweet wine that can be stored for a long time under suitable objective conditions. This product has an alcohol content of more than 10% and does not need to be labeled with a shelf life according to law. However, this product is not designed for the purpose of storing vintage wine in bottles and is not recommended for long-term storage.

For home storage at room temperature, it is recommended to store the wine horizontally or upside down, and try to avoid light. It can generally be stored for 1-5 years. For homes or commercial places equipped with constant temperature wine cabinets, it is recommended to store it horizontally or tilted, and it can generally be stored for 3-10 years. For professional wine cellars with the best conditions, it is recommended to store it horizontally, and it can be stored for up to 10-15 years.

The best storage conditions are: lying flat (it is recommended that the bottle mouth be tilted slightly lower), temperature and humidity 60%-75%, away from light, shockproof 12°C-18°C (constant temperature all year round), (avoid sound), and ventilated environment.

During transportation, the maximum temperature is recommended not to exceed 22°C. Long-term storage and transportation at high temperatures may cause the taste to deteriorate or even deteriorate.

Mushi™ sweet white wine uses a cork oak cork stopper and requires a red wine corkscrew. After opening the bottle, there is no need to decant or sober up the wine.

 Mushi™ Sweet White Wine is carefully brewed from the Petit Manseng grapes grown on the eastern foot of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia. The skin of the grapes is relatively thick, and they are resistant to gray mold and have strong preservation ability. They can be kept on the vine for a long time and can be picked in December when they are overripe. 

The deliberate late harvest allows the Petit Manseng grapes to fully mature, with a rich, delicate and elegant aroma while retaining good acidity.

Fully mature Manseng has a rich sweet peach-like honeysuckle aroma. The sweet white wine brewed from it has a very obvious floral aroma. The wine is light lemon in color, and exudes aromas of fruits such as apricots, peaches, and grapefruits. It tastes sweet and has a slightly spicy aftertaste.

Due to the high sugar and acidity, the taste of the wine does not appear greasy due to the rich aroma and high sugar content. On the contrary, it gives people a dry and pure aftertaste feeling.
