Tess Cheers™ semi-dry sparkling wine is named by the founder of Tess Foreign Trade Club (Ms. Ran Lingyan). It comes from the famous European winery CRICOVA, is brewed using the champagne process, and is imported from Moldova, Europe in original bottles.

Tess Cheers™ sparkling wine is classified as white wine according to its color; it is classified as sparkling wine according to its brewing method; and it is classified as semi-dry (Semi Dry/DemiSec) according to its sugar content.

Storage and transportation guide:

 Tess Cheers™ sparkling wine is a semi-dry wine that can be stored for a long time under suitable conditions. However, this product is not designed for bottle storage of vintage wines. It tastes better within 18 months and is not recommended for long-term storage.

 For storage at room temperature at home, it is recommended to place the wine horizontally or upside down, and store it away from light as much as possible. It can generally be stored for 3-5 years. For homes or commercial places equipped with constant temperature wine cabinets, it is recommended to place the wine horizontally or tilted, and it can generally be stored for 5-20 years. For professional wine cellars with very good conditions, it is recommended to place the wine horizontally, and it can be stored for up to 50-100 years.

 Storage conditions: lying flat, temperature 12°C-18°C (constant temperature all year round), humidity 60%-75%, away from light, shock (sound), and ventilation.

 During transportation, the maximum temperature is recommended not to exceed 22°C. If the bottle is shaken during transportation, it is recommended to let it sit for 2 hours before drinking.

 *After opening the bottle, it is recommended to use a special champagne stopper and refrigerate for no longer than 15 days.

Special reminder from dealers: 

Champagne is a low-alcohol wine and may freeze at low temperatures, causing the bottle to explode. Consumers in northern areas with lower temperatures should carefully assess the ambient temperature and sign for the package in time (do not leave it in the express cabinet overnight) to prevent the glass bottle from exposing the wine to low temperatures for a long time and causing the bottle to explode.

 Serving Suggestions:

Tess Cheers™ sparkling wine uses a champagne cork, so there is no need for a corkscrew, decanting, or decanting. Unless you want a visual effect, it is recommended to let the bottle stand before opening, and shaking is not recommended.

5°C-20°C is the recommended drinking temperature, which can be adjusted according to personal preference. When the ambient temperature is high, it can be refrigerated for drinking (do not freeze the bottle) for a better taste.

Tess Cheers™ sparkling wine is off-dry, with a sugar content of about 0.8%-1%. It has a yellow pine color, mixed floral aromas, and a soft taste. It has a strong fruity top note and a slightly sweet aftertaste. It is recommended to pair with white meat or seafood (especially caviar) as a side dish, and cheese and nuts as a drink.
