    If the hardware failure in normal usage, we provide for 12 months free guarantee service from the date of sale, including but not limited to repair or replacement. However, man-made damage, dismantling by unauthorized personel, or normal wear and tear are not covered by guarantee service.

  • 2.How long will my voice mouse’s software se supported with updates?

    Enjoy software update for life-long, eg. added language and function ect.

  • 3.What’s the unique ID number?

    Each Tess Gift mouse has only ONE ID number, there are daily usage log with ID numer to remote troubleshooting.

  • 4.How long can I have your support on the tess voice mouse?

    For any usage problem can consult our after-sales team for Life-Long.

    ①Tess Gift AI Voice Mouse’s function design complies with European Union’s “General Data Protection Regulation” (EU-GDPR) and Directive 2000/31/EC. ②Every mouse has it’s own ID which is used to record the mouse working status within 24 hours. You can check the log in your C disk. It’s set for efficient after sales service for oversea users. ③There are 2 kinds of google AI service charge standard for the speech to text and translation. 1) One is to provide the data to google and google will collect the user’s use habit to better improve their AI system; 2) The other one is not to provide the data but with higher cost, we choose the higher cost one to provide the best service and protection to our customers. ④To list the app in Apple Store is very strict, Apple store pay their special attention to whether apps is able to steal user’s information and privacy or not. The APP of Tess Gift AI Voice mouse is safe enough and have been listed in Apple Store and Google Store now.
